Has your child been referred to me?

I see children (0-17) exclusively. I only see patients for ONE-TIME consultations, either in-person at my office in London, or via video-conference. Children MUST BE referred to me by their GP/paediatrician.  You cannot self-refer and I do not accept referrals from the ER.

All patients under the age of 10 who are being assessed for Autism, and all children under the age of 5 (referred for any reason) MUST be seen in-person.

There is an intake questionnaire that must be completed by the parents/caregivers (and an additional one that must be completed by all teenagers) as part of the referral package. Appointments cannot be scheduled until after we have received the physician's referral AND the completed intake questionnaire(s). We will contact you via e-mail to schedule the assessment, within 72 hrs of receiving the necessary paperwork.  If you have not heard from us, it is because we have not received the necessary paperwork.

The current wait time to be seen is ~5 months from the time we receive the completed intake package.

After the assessment, I send a written report to the referring doctor (it takes about 2 weeks to get there) outlining the diagnosis and my treatment recommendations.

Follow-up will be with the referring doctor. I do not see patients again for  follow-up, for any reason.

Are you ready for the appointment?
